Product Description
James, Jesus' own brother, started out as a skeptic. See how one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned an unbeliever into a disciple with Beth Moore's study James: Mercy Triumphs. Once you get to know both the man and the Book of James, you'll never be the same again.
Bible scholars compare James to the prophet Amos. In other ways, James more closely resembles the Book of Proverbs than any New Testament book. James is a book with many topics -- social justice, joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer -- all of which are covered in this study.

The material is divided into day long segments which are just right in length, and can be completed in 5 days. I am downloading the videos. I enjoy the "extras" from Melissa and the fact that there is room to handwrite verses at the end of the book. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: James: Mercy Triumphs (Member Book) (Paperback) As usual this Beth Moore study is outstanding. I'm so glad she is using the gifts God has given her to bless us and draw us closer to Him. Thank you Beth. By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: James: Mercy Triumphs (Member Book) (Paperback) The vendor was so thoughtful to send me a newer copy of the study, since the first one came damaged, at no expense to me. I thank him for his kindness. Sincerely, Patricia Prim |
